NTMEH have a number of young leaders who have been involved in Hub activities and projects, and have now gained paid employment with the hub, as well as getting valuable work experience in the arts and music education sector.
All young leaders go through a DBS check, safeguarding CPD and follow a 6 month internship programme. From sound engineering to stewarding at events and supporting musical ensembles, our young leaders are a vital part of our team.
We also offer support with career development and individual pathways to further training via other agencies such as UK Music. Contact us for further information on our young leaders programme.
